With a background in architecture and project management spanning two decades, Faris is a proud entrepreneur who has made an impact on the skylines of Dubai , Qatar, Oman and the USA. Born and raised in Dubai, where he completed his master's in architecture and international projectsmanagement and managed his own architectural firm from the year 2002 until 2013, where he worked onmany commercial and residential projects and completed “The 6 towers of Ajman City Center “ a 200million dollars mixed-use project in the heart of the city of Ajman in UAE.
Moving to the USA in 2013 he started ZXY Designs, and continued working and managing commercial and residential projects. As a certified LEED project manager & designer, Faris’s dedication to design is evident in every project he undertakes. His portfolio showcases a blend of influences and cutting-edge innovation, allowing him to tackle the unique challenges presented by different markets successfully, which makes his legacy characterized by transformative designs that beautifully harmonize with their surroundings on a scale.
Faris says : “FFF is an abbreviation that I consider in every project I work on. First F is for feasibility, which is the life of any project; second F is for the form of design that must leave an impact; and last F is for the successof function of the project ”
